A new series of topical briefs from Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG), a management and social services consulting firm, focuses on issues affecting the nation’s youngest learners in Head Start and other early learning programs. The two briefs released under the Early Care and Education Series highlight topics of importance for early childhood professionals: adopting an expansive orientation to school readiness and addressing the unique needs of dual language learners (DLLs).

Manhattan Strategy Group Receives DOL Funding to Increase Registered Apprenticeship Opportunities

Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG) was awarded a U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) contract to expand Registered Apprenticeship opportunities in sectors affected by the pandemic, including care and rehabilitation services, electric grid support, critical supply chain materials, and transportation to support supply chain distribution. MSG will be reaching out to establish key partnerships at the regional and national levels to ultimately increase the number of new Registered Apprenticeship Programs in the supply chain automation sector.
