According to the Manufacturing Institute, an alarming 2.1 million manufacturing jobs may remain unfilled by 2030. Ahead of COABE Conference, Manhattan Strategy Group Supports Release of STAR Research Synthesis for Adult Ed Practitioners

Bethesda, MD – STudent Achievement in Reading (STAR), a national professional development initiative for adult reading instruction, has just released its latest research synthesis for practitioners in advance of the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE) 2023 National Conference, April 2–5 in Atlanta, GA. The research synthesis was developed with the support of two national reading experts, Dr. John Sabatini, a Distinguished Research Professor at the University of Memphis, and Dr. Elizabeth Tighe, an Associate Professor at Georgia State University.
