MSG conducted a research project on behalf of USDA to identify components that explain the State variations in SNAP administrative expenses, including the impact of geographic pay differences; state and caseload characteristics; and variations in eligibility systems and certification options. The evaluation also determined the relationship between payment accuracy, timeliness in application processing, and program access on State administrative expenses.
MSG revamped the DOL-ETA Career Pathways toolkit to promote and foster the development of career pathways within a Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) framework that align training and education opportunities with occupational and employer needs and job openings. The toolkit can help state offices, partners, and workforce development boards advance the development of career pathways and adopt lessons learned and promising practices from the field.
