MSG leads the National Charter School Resource Center (NCSRC), transforming it into a national hub for training, technical assistance (TA), and resources that support over 180 active grantees across six Charter School Program (CSP) streams. We provide individualized TA to more than 200 grantees and authorizers, helping them meet grant requirements, strengthen charter school quality, and elevate student outcomes. The NCSRC provides educators, school leaders, policymakers, authorizers, families, and grantees with access to resources, tools, research, and best practices that support the development and sustainability of high-quality charter schools nationwide.
MSG's Technology and Digital Services team develops, manages, and continuously enhances the NCSRC digital platform and virtual community of practice, delivering a modern, secure, and accessible user experience that connects stakeholders with timely guidance and evidence-based resources. The platform serves as a centralized hub for professional learning, collaboration, and dissemination of federally funded charter school program resources.
As part of an ongoing platform modernization initiative, MSG is redesigning and enhancing the user experience to improve content discoverability, stakeholder engagement, accessibility, and long-term scalability. Our team provides full lifecycle support, including user experience design, development, cloud operations, cybersecurity, accessibility compliance, analytics, content management, and ongoing operations and maintenance.
