The Credit Enhancement Technical Assistance contract supports the U.S. Department of Education’s  Charter School Programs (CSP), located within the Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE), in managing its Credit Enhancement for Charter School Facilities (Credit Enhancement or CE) program. MSG provided technical assistance (TA) and program monitoring to over 20 grantees on developing and updating their grant performance agreements, supported CSP to update the Annual Performance Report (APR), facilitated a an annual conference, and developed tools to enhance APR reporting and data assembly including creating  a web-based reporting interface for staff to view data for grantees, run commonly used reports, and generate custom reports. MSG plans, develops, and conducts a yearly needs assessment to inform the TA on grantee performance agreements.
