MSG collected data and performed site visits across New York-based 21st CCLC programs and evaluated program participants’ academic and behavioral outcomes. Using best practices in program evaluation, MSG assessed the effectiveness of the regional Resource Centers in supporting the 21st CCLC program implementation. Following the evaluation procedures, MSG produced reports summarizing their findings and generated a Professional Development protocol based on the evaluation results. MSG also developed DataHub, an online SQL database that allowed the Resource Centers and 21st CCLC state managers to access, report, and explore data.
