Contract #DIR-CPO-5984
The Manhattan Strategy Group LLC (MSG) currently holds a State of Texas Department of Information Resources Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) contract. Through this contract, governmental entities across Texas, as well as any entity participating in the DIR Cooperative Contracts Program, can purchase technology services from MSG at competitive, pre-negotiated rates.
Under contract #DIR-CPO-5984, MSG provides services across several technology categories:
- Application Development, Maintenance & Support; Technology Upgrade, Migration & Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Quality Assurance & Accessibility |
Every MSG project follows a rigorous development pipeline with manual and automated testing at every stage. Usability and accessibility are built in from the design phase, while functional and responsive design testing covering desktop and mobile take place throughout development. Before release, both internal teams and clients participate in user-acceptance testing, followed by regression and smoke testing to ensure flawless performance. If any issue arises, the process pauses, adjustments are made, and testing resumes until standards are met. |
