New Contract Award: Agency Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA)
September 27, 2018

MSG has been awarded Blanket Purchase Agreements with the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA), Department of Labor, and Department of Education. Awards include:

National Endowment for the Arts’ Research & Evaluation Services BPA

NEA has pledged “to promote public knowledge and understanding about the contributions of the arts.” In pursuit of this mission, MSG will pursue task orders to identify and cultivate new and existing data sources in the arts; investigate the value of the U.S. arts ecosystem and the impact of the arts on other domains of American life; and elevate the public profile of arts-related research. Work may include research and analysis services as well as evaluation and performance measurement services.

Department of Labor’s Chief Evaluation Office (CEO) BPA

CEO works closely with agency staff to design, fund, and implement research and program evaluations. Under the scope of this opportunity, MSG will pursue task orders that are responsible for designing and carrying out research and evaluation activities of programs or policies sponsored by or of interest to DOL, and delivering research and evaluation products. Work may include program assessments, evaluation design studies, data collection, technical assistance, data analysis, and support services that may be necessary to complete a particular project.

Department of Labor’s BPA for Technical Assistance and Education/Outreach Services

MSG will support the Employment and Training Administration’s (ETA’s) efforts to provide technical assistance, training, and communication for workforce investment activities. Through task orders, work may relate to one or more employment and training programs administered by ETA, including apprenticeships as well as other discretionary employment and training programs.
