Technical Assistance

Whether in response to a crisis, or in recognition of the unique needs of agencies, organizations, and individuals, Technical Assistance (TA) must be flexible to be effective. MSG’s COVID-19 Response Center can be quickly deployed to identify the TA needed during the emergency or crisis through our proprietary emergency TA model. TA delivered during this period will be continuously adapted to meet changing needs and contexts over the lifespan of a crisis. TA efforts are a critical piece of the federal response and must be able to support providers with their immediate needs – medium and long-term planning – taking into consideration potential threat multipliers or the possibility of recurrence.
