Human Services and Workforce Development Expert

Ms. Roberto is currently the Federal Project Director for contracts administered by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) that are aimed to reduce dependency on public assistance programs and assist those accessing benefits and supports to economic independence at Manhattan Strategy Group (MSG). Ms. Roberto is a change leader with over 25 years of national, state and local level experience in policy development, program implementation, and cross-system initiatives for a wide range of human services and workforce development programs. She has a nuanced and human centered approach to providing life changing assistance to individuals who are experiencing situational and chronic poverty. She works aside administrators, supervisors, community leaders, line level staff and clients to ensure that all service facets are addressed with evidence-based strategies and innovative techniques. She is skilled in providing evidence-based training and technical assistance to all those who serve individuals and families in need. Ms. Roberto’s expertise includes: State and local level policy analysis; program development and implementation; curriculum development and delivery; Business Process Improvement - Black Belt; strength-based strategic planning; systems Interoperability; fatherhood programming; executive functioning and toxic stress; and Workforce programming.
